Job Summary

A non-profit leadership organization has a current position open for a Remote Government Relations Legislative Affairs External Advisor and Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Identify and establish partnership opportunities with US Federal, State, and Municipal governments
• Secure US Government support for Global Citizen’s Recovery Plan for the World
• Facilitate key meetings with GC Ambassadors, GC Staff and key members of Congress, etc

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience that includes Government relations
• Experience developing campaigns from concept through execution
• meet tight deadlines and stay organized to execute campaigns
• Experience working in a dynamic team environment, remotely and autonomously
• Deep experience in coordinating with multiple teams across multiple partnerships
• Ability to maintain relationships with key US policymakers around support for global issues
