Job Summary
A healthcare technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Government Services Compliance Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading and managing the company's Compliance Program
- Researching, analyzing, interpreting and documenting complex federal regulations
- Facilitate regulatory review conference calls with BCBS Plan compliance representatives
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel 0-20%
- 5 years experience working with health plan claims, enrollment, and delivery processes
- 2 years experience in policy and procedure development
- 5 years program management knowledge, experience and skills
- Familiarity with CMS, HHS, the Federal Register, Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs), etc
- 5 years of experience with managed care compliance
