Job Summary

A healthcare technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Government Services Compliance Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading and managing the company's Compliance Program
  • Researching, analyzing, interpreting and documenting complex federal regulations
  • Facilitate regulatory review conference calls with BCBS Plan compliance representatives

Position Requirements Include:

  • Travel 0-20%
  • 5 years experience working with health plan claims, enrollment, and delivery processes
  • 2 years experience in policy and procedure development
  • 5 years program management knowledge, experience and skills
  • Familiarity with CMS, HHS, the Federal Register, Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs), etc
  • 5 years of experience with managed care compliance
