Job Summary

A nonprofit organization is filling a position for a Remote Government Services Desk Support Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Process and respond to requests for support from serving Volunteers
  • Review cases and draft responses
  • Categorize and reassign cases

Qualifications Include:

  • Completed secondary education
  • Minimum 1-year work experience in providing remote, software-based client service or support
  • Prior experience and proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM or client support software
  • In-depth knowledge of the subject-matter
  • Understands more advanced aspects of primary area of specialization
