Job Summary
An institute for higher education has an open position for a Remote Graduate Nursing Program Mentor Program Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing Program Mentor performance to achieve organizational goals and initiatives
- Developing and leading team- and program-specific training initiatives
- Providing direct, comprehensive guidance to assigned students and assigned Program Mentors
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Designs and leads quarterly, in-office training meetings
- Graduate degree in the field of study
- RN is a requirement for this position
- Experience leading teams focused on student support and instruction
- Demonstrated ability to work with struggling or at-risk students
- Documented use of technology based educational delivery systems
