Job Summary

A technological and educational solutions provider has an open position for a Remote Graduate Orbital Mechanics and Launch Systems Course Creator in Monterey.

Must be able to:

  • Create topics like the rocket equation, single and multi-stage rockets, launch windows, launch profiles
  • Support lab work utilizes the Satellite Tool Kit (STK) as an orbit analysis tool
  • Provide a fundamental understanding of Orbital Mechanics through study of conic sections

Position Requirements Include:

  • M.S. in related field (PhD preferred)
  • 2 years’ experience in graduate level course delivery
  • Experience with Distance Learning course delivery
  • Familiarity and/or experience in orbital mechanics and launch systems
  • U.S. Citizenship
