Job Summary

A cancer advocacy organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Grassroots Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive local and state grassroots advocacy campaigns
• Support federal campaigns and congressional champion building for the organization’s issues
• Write and disseminate e-mails to volunteers, legislative alerts, issue talking points, and training curriculum

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of relevant work experience
• Political issue or campaign organizing experience preferred
• Experience recruiting and engaging volunteers preferred
