Job Summary

A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Group Benefit Service Operations Process Owner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the process platform is developed and in place
  • Lead, support, influence, and assist in the delivery of investment projects
  • Assess the strengths and opportunities of projects to drive efficiency and improvement

Qualifications Include:

  • Travel 10 % of the Time
  • 3 years insurance project or process management experience
  • Process redesign experience
  • Experience implementing large-scale organizational change

  • Demonstrated capability and experience in leading cross-functional teams
