Job Summary
A health insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Group Market President.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Developing market strategy in collaboration with Regional President
- Acting as single point of ownership and has authority over local Market Sales
- Owning relationships with central functions such as Actuary, Underwriting, and clinical
Position Requirements Include:
- Track-record of success in local market leadership
- Understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across segments
- Demonstrated ability in building relationships with brokers, consultants, and employer groups
- Deep knowledge of the health insurance industry
- Deep understanding of market dynamics: competition, influencers, trends, history
- Knowledge of history within the national and local provider community
