Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Group Product Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Hiring, training, managing and empowering a product team
• Investing time with our users and learn deeply about their needs and jobs-to-be-done
• Identifying new technologies and industry trends, building business cases, and defining product vision and strategy

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of management experience
• 5+ years of product management experience building products customers love in rapidly scaling companies
• Proven empathetic approach and eagerness to help solve customer and team problems
• Demonstrated comfort with data and 1st principles problem solving
• Ability to set product strategy and vision as well as execute
• Ability to partner with engineering, UX, and others to ship solutions that delight our users, and make measurable impact on the business
