A food and agriculture consulting company has an open position for a Remote Grower Account Manager in Indiana.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Trains and becomes certified in effectively communicating Indigo’s mission, technology, services and solutions
- Systematically finds and nurtures grower lead
- Maintains grower accounts, sales stages, important notes, and sales process information in salesforce.com
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Preferred degrees: Agribusiness, Agronomy, Marketing, Finance, and Business
- Preferred 3+ years of related experience in grain marketing, ag tech, input sales, crop insurance, and farm equipment
- Bring an existing book of business due to their existing relationships with growers
