Job Summary

An identity standard for the internet has an open position for a Remote Growth Enablement Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Building and coaching a small but global enablement team, increasing individual competencies
  • Leading and managing the strategy, development, and measurement of growth enablement programs
  • Being an expert in products, market, and competition

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years in Sales Enablement or Growth Enablement, Product Marketing, or Business Operations
  • 3+ years in Sales Enablement or Growth Enablement, Sales Strategy, Operations or related field
  • Demonstrated success upskilling, reskilling, and improving close rates with global sales teams
  • Deep understanding and experience in various sales methodologies
  • Data-driven approach, using effective metrics and analysis
  • The ability to influence and tell a powerful story at all levels including Senior Leadership
