A food delivery service company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Growth Marketing Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Creating and implementing strategies for performance-based acquisition
• Maintaining a data-driven approach through continual experimentation and optimization
• Defining and reporting metrics and effectiveness of digital marketing efforts to senior leadership and stakeholders

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree
• 7-10 years of experience driving exponential growth in the D2C space
• Experience creating high-quality relationships with customers
• Experience working in a startup environment and building teams from the ground up
• Proven track record diversifying acquisition channels and using a data-driven approach to convert customers
• A meticulous eye for detail and optimizing every step of the customer journey
