Job Summary
A developer of payment processing products for the healthcare industry has an open position for a Remote GTM Operations Program Manager.
Must be able to:
- Support CRM user onboarding and process adoption. These responsibilities will vary but may include management of data, process improvement and training. CRM end user support as needed
- Project and initiatives as assigned by GTM leadership
- Support the reporting and development of standard KPI’s for both Sales & AM.
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in business administration (MBA) or equivalent preferred
- 4+ years in a sales operation, business planning, or client facing team support role
- Microsoft suite proficiency, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Team player. Able to interact with various levels of leadership, including senior management and work collaboratively in a matrixed environment
- Good presentation and communication skills
