Job Summary

A data analytics company is seeking a Remote GTM Salesforce Business Systems Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Help in the design and maintenance of system process documentation
Perform quality assurance testing in collaboration with our business operations teams
Collaborate with GTM Systems team to identify common sources of technical issues

Qualifications Include:

Demonstrated project management and leadership skills
2+ years of experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
Experience creating process documentation
Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated change management experience amongst executives, managers, and end-users
