A global hospitality company has an open position for a Remote Guest Service Associate in Marion.

Must be able to:

• Provide guests with exceptional customer service throughout the inbound reservation process
• Successfully perform in a sales role

Qualifications Include:

• Must live within 80 miles of center in Marion
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Aptitude and ability to successfully perform in a sales role
• Multi-task without impact to the guest
• Must be computer savvy and have the ability to type and utilize keyboard functions
