Job Summary

A technology-enabled coding services provider is seeking a Remote HCC Risk Adjustment Evaluation and Management Coder.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Remaining current on diagnosis coding guidelines
• Assigning appropriate CPT and modifiers based on documentation
• Assigning appropriate ICD-10-CM codes

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Current CRC, CPC, CCS, or equivalent through the AAPC or AHIMA required
• Minimum 3 years of CMS-HCC experience
• Minimum 3 years of Evaluation and Management experience
• Minimum 5 years coding experience
