Job Summary

An IT company has an open position for a Remote HCM Product Customer Marketing Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Conduct customer interviews and disseminating transcripts to relevant internal content developers
• Manage current list of reference-ready customer content
• Develop written customer stories

Qualifications Include:

• Approx. 10% travel may be required to capture customer videos and/or attend conferences
• Experience developing and implementing customer stories
• Project management skills with a keen eye for detail
• 3-5 years of experience as a Customer (or Content) Marketing/Engagement/Advocacy Manager
• BA in marketing, journalism, communication or similar relevant field
