Job Summary

A global technology company is in need of a Remote HCM Sales Regional Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing and developing a team of sales representatives
• Participating in strategic and tactical planning for the division
• Developing and executing a territory plan to maximize revenue

Qualifications Include:

• Present to large and small audiences
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution abilities
• Minimum five or more years sales or sales management experience
• Must be able to hire and train new sales representatives
