Job Summary

A software developer and IT company has an open position for a Remote Head of Growth.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead all aspects of Lucid’s user acquisition strategy
  • Own and scale our paid user acquisition
  • Collaborate with our creative teams to devise and test new tactics for attracting users

Qualifications Include:

  • You’re incredibly analytical and love working with data
  • You’re comfortable designing experiments that will give us clear guidance on how we can improve our UA strategy
  • You’re able to direct and give feedback on ad and marketing creative
  • You have some exposure to user acquisition strategy and are able to research and assess what competitors are doing
  • You’ve had some exposure to Facebook Ads Manager, Mixpanel, and similar tools
  • You have good product instincts, and can come up with new UA opportunities and funnel improvements
