• Establishing relationships with insurance carriers
• Acting as a professional advisor and operational hands-on senior leader
• Assuring that staffing levels effectively meet the needs of the business

Position Requirements Include:

• 10+ years of progressive management experience in leading complex Medicare insurance related operations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience as a business and operations strategist
• BS/BA in Business Administration or relevant field
• Licensed to sell Medicare-related insurance policies in one or more states
• Proven organizational skills with ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
