Job Summary
A healthcare business solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Head of People Operations Vice President or Senior Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop the HR strategy and vision
- Manage company culture, employee engagement activities
- Collaborate with the C-suite employees and Senior Vice Presidents to develop the HR policies and guidelines
Skills and Requirements Include:
- At least seven years of work experience in Human Resources at the leadership level
- At least five years of experience in Human Resources operating as the business partner to a CEO
- Bachelors degree in HR Management or related field is required
- Must have experience planning, leading, and executing employee-related initiatives for M&A activities
- Superior interpersonal skills with proven track record of developing and maintaining excellent relationships
- Experience with all aspects of HR administration, compliance, and employment law
