Job Summary
A workplace benefits company is filling a position for a Remote Head of Telehealth Operations.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Defining and monitoring telehealth program KPIs
- Ensuring the telehealth strategy and new offerings align with other cross functional teams
- Developing a scalable telehealth recruitment strategy
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in a role where strategic scaling was required
- 5+ years in a strategy and/or operations leadership role OR
- 5+ years of experience in a role or organization related to virtual care
- Experience working with clinical teams and familiarity with clinical outcomes measures
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry, market and products
