Job Summary
Utilize your sales skills at an education organization! The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading the company's regional business development initiatives to drive the strategic direction of the organization. The position is ideal for a data-driven frontline sales executive looking to act as a key leader within their team to grow revenue and lead expansion efforts by establishing strong partnerships with schools and districts.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement business development strategic plan, goals, objectives in alignment with organization's strategic plan
- Create and execute on strategic plan to build a network of schools and district partnerships
- Qualifying, developing, and moving leads through the sales cycle
- Serve as a strategic team leader creating and implementing data-driven improvements for all sales efforts
Qualifications:
- Belief that every child should have access to a college education
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Strong comfort level utilizing CRM systems
- Strong track record of creating and executing against strategic plan
- Highly innovative, detail-oriented and analytical individual comfortable managing data to drive business decisions
- Exceptionally strong management skills, and experience coaching others
- K-12 education experience highly preferred
