Job Summary

A consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Head Start Grantee Specialist Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of home-based Grantee Specialists
  • Implement a comprehensive system of quality assurance
  • Develop professional development plans

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Have valid driver’s license and pass a Motor Vehicle Records check
  • BA/BS Degree related to program design or management
  • 7 years of experience
  • 3 years with providing high level technical assistance/consultation
  • 3-5 years of progressive supervisory/ management experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
