Job Summary
A global provider of communication services has an open position for a Remote Health Advocate Customer Care Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer a variety of incoming calls from members
- Build rapport with callers using a friendly, courteous and professional manner
- Verify/Collect demographics and update systems as necessary
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Degree or GED required
- Customer Services in a telephone environment
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Highly effective listening skills
- Strong problem solving/issues resolution/multitasking skills
- Organizational and administrative skills
