Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answer a variety of incoming calls from members
  • Build rapport with callers using a friendly, courteous and professional manner
  • Verify/Collect demographics and update systems as necessary

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Customer Services in a telephone environment
