Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Health Benefit Advocate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve, on the first call, customer service inquires and issues
- Help guide and educate customers about the fundamentals and benefits of consumer-driven health care
- Contact care providers (doctor’s offices) on behalf of the customer
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3+ years of combined education, work and/or volunteer experience
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas
