Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Health Care Communicator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage day to day activities of patient and health care provider support requests and deliverables
• Perform intake of cases and capture all relevant information in the Case Management system
• Ensure all support requested is captured within the Case Management system

Qualifications Include:

• High School Diploma
• Ability to communicate clearly in both written and oral communication with strong attention to detail
• Analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making
• Effective organizational management
• Proficient competency using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple parallel projects with strong time management skills
