  • Managing internal and external stakeholder communication through regular meetings
  • Maintaining team dashboards and progress on key objectives

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree and 1 to 3 years of experience
  • Able to perform work under direct supervision
  • Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter
  • Must comply with all HIPAA rules and regulations
  • Can handle basic issues and problems
  • Able to refer more complex issues to higher-level staff
