Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Health Information Management Operations Team Leader in Nashville.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identifying documents needing to be re-scanned when image quality is poor
- Assisting the operations manager in capturing deficiency management staff productivity and quality measures
- Spending approximately 50% of time reviewing medical record documentation
Position Requirements Include:
- Able to assists in the execution of physician notification processes
- 1 year of health information management experience required
- Able to address physician and other provider concerns/questions relating to medical record completion
