Job Summary
A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Health Insurance Care Management Support Assistant 2.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Focusing on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments
- Working within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards
- Following standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must live in Kentucky
- High School Diploma
- Administration support experience in a healthcare industry
- Familiarity with care and well-being resources
- Intermediate to Advanced technical skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- All other requirements necessary for this position
