A health insurance company is seeking a Remote Health Insurance Claims Manager II.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare specialized reports
• Establish departmental policies and procedures. Audits/monitors efficiency and compliance with policies
• Provide policyholder relationship management

Qualifications Include:

• Requires BA/BS, a minimum of 3 years management experience
• Minimum of 2 years claims experience or equivalent background
• Able to hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate the performance of direct reports
