Job Summary
A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Health Insurance Consumerism Account Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating new and renewing customer documents
- Developing materials using an automated specialized text generation/text editing application
- Coordinating the review of customer/member deliverables against customer requirements
Position Requirements Include:
- Understanding of health plan products, benefits, funding types and other healthcare industry concepts
- Demonstrates excellent writing ability and strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and high-level of attention to detail
- Technical aptitude, which should include: Proficiency in MS-Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly complex matrix organization
