Job Summary

A non-profit health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Health Insurance Customer Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Receive telephone, written, fax, and e-mail inquiries
  • Apply appropriate provisions of regulations, interpretations, and procedural directives
  • Obtain and analyze claims data to determine specific problem area

Qualifications Include:

  • Remote after 90 days of on-site employment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 more years of experience in customer service
  • Ability to learn medical and insurance terminology
