Job Summary
A non-profit health insurance company is seeking a Remote Health Insurance Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Receiving telephone, written, fax, and e-mail inquiries
- Obtaining and analyzing claims data to determine specific problem area
- Completing research and providing final resolution to inquiries
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- U.S. citizenship is required for this position due to Department of Defense restrictions
- Ability to learn medical and insurance terminology
- High school diploma or equivalent
