Job Summary

A staffing company is in need of a Remote Health Insurance Lead Qualification Agent.

Must be able to:

• Qualify a person's interest in obtaining health insurance
• Utilize multiple scripts and use rebuttals effectively
• Make outbound calls and field inbound calls

Position Requirements Include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year verifiable experience in a call center
• Knowledge of Windows applications and email communication
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems
• Ability to troubleshoot system and internet connectivity issues
