Job Summary
A staffing company is in need of a Remote Health Insurance Lead Qualification Agent.
Must be able to:
- Qualify a person's interest in obtaining health insurance
- Utilize multiple scripts and use rebuttals effectively
- Make outbound calls and field inbound calls
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year verifiable experience in a call center
- Knowledge of Windows applications and email communication
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems
- Ability to troubleshoot system and internet connectivity issues
