A health insurance company is in need of a Remote Health Insurance Product and Customer Experience Business Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing departmental planning process
  • Managing execution of department strategic plan deliverables
  • Leading the integration of departmental projects and programs

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related or 4years of experience
  • 5years of experience in developing, implementing, training, and supporting strategic programs and processes
  • 5 years of experience in program, project, and change management or a combination of the three
  • Experience in Customer Experience and/or in a Product Organization
  • Experience in professional services consulting
  • Master's degree in Business
