Job Summary
A health information technology solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Health IT Solutions Product Coach.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Fostering alignment of Product Strategy to meet Organizational Objectives and Key Results
- Collaborating with Product Line Managers to decompose objectives into incremental goals
- Assisting in the intake, valuation, and decomposing of Epics
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific/technical discipline
- Or Bachelor’s Degree w/10 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
- 7 years of IT experience, accompanied with 5 years of Agile /Scrum coaching experience
- 2 years’ experience in coaching Leaders in the adoption of Lean Agile Leadership
- Experienced in integrating security compliance and performance testing into the pipeline
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
