Job Summary
A healthcare provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Health Patent Agent in Minnetonka.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Representing the legal team on internal patent review boards
- Assisting in the management of a growing docket of patent filings
- Performing analytics of patent portfolio and managing patent tagging
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree in software-related science discipline or equivalent field
- Registered to practice as a Patent Agent with the USPTO
- 4+ years of patent experience in a law firm or in-house corporate legal department
- Intermediate Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access and Power Point)
