A health insurance company is in need of a Remote Health Provider Network Operations Coordinator 3.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Performing Roster Audits
• Acting as Customer Service Liaison
• Resolving Provider Load Issues

Qualifications Include:

• 1 or more years of prior experience in an administrative or customer support role
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions
• Must have a separate room with a locked door
