Job Summary
A leader in digital therapeutics is seeking a Remote Health Software Customer Success Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Setting a strategic direction with the client based on the established value proposition
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and develop relationships
- Partner on delivery of Kaia platform from point of kick-off/sales hand-off throughout implementation
