Job Summary

A healthcare services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Health Support Patient Care Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Conducting chart reviews and ensuring all diagnostic results
Reviewing available insurance payor reports to identify gaps in care
Informing patient of any/all necessary pre-procedure preparations

Qualifications for this position include:

5+ years’ experience required preferably in a physician office/ambulatory setting
Certified Medical Assistant
Strong organizational skills
Computer Skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, Medical Billing Software Systems
Excellent communication and advanced organizational skills
Strong collaboration with the practices through effective communication, compassion, and appropriate judgement in patient care
