Job Summary
A healthcare services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Health Support Patient Care Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting chart reviews and ensuring all diagnostic results
- Reviewing available insurance payor reports to identify gaps in care
- Informing patient of any/all necessary pre-procedure preparations
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years’ experience required preferably in a physician office/ambulatory setting
- Certified Medical Assistant
- Strong organizational skills
- Computer Skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, Medical Billing Software Systems
- Excellent communication and advanced organizational skills
- Strong collaboration with the practices through effective communication, compassion, and appropriate judgement in patient care
