  • 5 years of experience in molecular diagnostics sales or a related area
  • 3 years driving strategy at the health systems level System
  • Strong understanding of current trends, challenges, and opportunities within healthcare
  • Well developed professional and strategic sales skills
  • Proven ability to develop and grow key accounts through networking
  • Strong negotiation skills including high value capital equipment
