Job Summary
A health care provider has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Administration Project Specialist in Pittsburgh.
Must be able to:
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships between Project Specialist and department administrators, site administrators, practice manager, and other users
- Populate existing data fields; oversee design of new data fields as needed
- Oversee all aspects of Physician Services Division Clinical sites database, including data updating, utilization, reporting
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to attend training at Southside Testing Center
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field and two (2) years of experience; OR Associate's Degree in Business, Health Care Administration or related field and four (4) years of experience preferably in a health care setting
- Demonstrated knowledge in the organization and function of an academic medical center this would include clinical and physician's office practices
- Ability to take the initiative to investigate and resolve problems using sound judgment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding job assignment and sensitive issues, perform assigned work in allotted time
- Ability to identify issues before they develop into major concerns and demonstrate analytical skills
