Job Summary

A machine learning healthcare platform company is seeking a Remote Healthcare AI Recruiter.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Own full recruitment process including: sourcing, interviews, feedback, and offer
  • Work with leadership to create positive candidate and interviewer experiences
  • Shape the hiring process with knowledge of market trends and best practices

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting
  • Proven success at all stages of recruiting
  • Familiarity with sourcing, evaluating, and closing technical and non-technical candidates
  • Experience configuring and managing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
