Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Analytics and Risk Adjustment Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reporting including Risk Adjustment program performance metrics, risk score and revenue impact
  • Performing modeling of risk scores, analyzes cost and utilization data, and facilitates care coordination interventions
  • Reviewing high-priority analyses, reports, and SQL programming

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
  • 5 years experience leading healthcare analytics function
  • 12 years work experience preferable in quantitative/analytic, programming, and/or healthcare environment
  • Previous working experience with risk adjustment models (such as CMS HCC model)
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL SSMS including stored procedures
  • Strong knowledge of relational database concepts and SDLC concepts
