Job Summary

A managed healthcare and benefits company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare and Benefits Sales Commissions Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading commissions processing efforts
  • Supervising commissions analysts assigned to one or more sales channels
  • Working with senior leadership to determine commission strategy and rates

Position Requirements Include:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 3-5 Previous work experience and working knowledge of sales compensation process and analysis
  • 3 years supervision/management experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Self-starter who requires minimum direction and/or supervision
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
