Job Summary
A health and human services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare and Human Services Servicing Customer Service Representative I.
Must be able to:
- Handle customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone, recording consistent problem areas
- Use a computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting
- Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must not be delinquent or in default on any federal student loans
- Must have high-speed internet (minimum of 20 mbps)
