Job Summary

A non-emergency medical transport company is in need of a Remote Healthcare and Transportation Customer Care Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Handling inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities
Handling a variety of tasks

Required Skills:

Unlimited cell phone minutes or a landline
1 year of Customer Service experience
High speed Internet access
Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
A quiet space within the home free of distractions to take in-coming calls
