A non-emergency medical transport company is in need of a Remote Healthcare and Transportation Customer Care Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Handling inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities
  • Handling a variety of tasks

Required Skills:

  • Unlimited cell phone minutes or a landline
  • 1 year of Customer Service experience
  • High speed Internet access
  • Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
  • A quiet space within the home free of distractions to take in-coming calls
