Job Summary

A clinical research and development company is seeking a Remote Healthcare Assistant General Counsel Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serving as legal advisor to commercial, medical affairs, market access and patient services teams for marketed products
  • Providing legal support for market access functions in the United States
  • Drafting, negotiating and reviewing market access related agreements

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school
  • Bar membership in Illinois, Colorado or bar membership in another state with the ability to counsel a Delaware corporation
  • 5+ experience in U.S. law practice
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and rules and regulations related
  • Deep knowledge of US healthcare laws as related to payer relationships and contracting
  • Experience supporting market access teams and providing solution oriented legal counsel
