Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Associate Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Resolving customer inquiries and complaints via written, telephonic and face-to-face communication
  • Preparing adjustments for services not properly processed
  • Meeting all production, quality, and adherence standards

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma or GED required for all levels
  • 1-2 years customer service experience in a call center
  • Ability to handle many tasks simultaneously and respond to customers and their issues promptly and professionally
  • Ability to take direction and to navigate through multiple systems simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
